✅ To be eligible:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags still attached.
No perfume, deodorant, or mystery stains. Please. 😭

🔄 How to return:

Email [hanchentra785@outlook.com] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We’ll send you a return shipping label (US only). The label cost is deducted from your refund unless the return is our fault.
Pack it up, drop it off, and wait for your refund.

💸 Refund timing:
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3–5 business days. Then we issue your refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

🔁 Exchanges:
Want a different size or color? Tell us in your return email. For US exchanges, we’ll cover shipping on the new item. International exchanges may require extra shipping fees.

🚫 Final sale:
Items marked Final Sale or Clearance can’t be returned. We’ll always say that clearly on the product page.

😵 Defective or wrong item?
That’s on us. Email us a photo + order number, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping, ASAP.
